FIRST FLOOR: To the left of the front door is a full bath which includes a claw-footed tub and separate shower. On the opposite side of the foyer is a bedroom furnished with a double bed. A full hall bath with a double sink vanity and shower/tub combination is shared by this bedroom and a second bedroom furnished with a double bed. The kitchen has a wrap-around counter with a cooktop island in the middle, as well as stainless steel appliances. A walkway through the island leads to the dining area, which boasts marvelous ocean views. The long dining table will accommodate up to ten guests. The screened porch can be accessed through glass doors in the dining and living areas, and is furnished with two dining tables, able to accommodate up to twelve guests. Outside the screened porch is a sundeck complete with lounge chairs. Both the porch and deck have incredible ocean views. The living room has an extra-large flat screen TV, DVD player, and expanded tier cable.

SECOND FLOOR: At the head of the stairs is a bedroom furnished with a king bed. This room includes a full private bath with tub/shower combination, and built-in bookshelves. A small TV offers expanded tier cable. Across the hall is a second bedroom, also furnished with a king bed and with built-in shelving and a TV. This room also has its own private full bath with a stall shower. In the hall is a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and sink. Past the wet bar is a hall half bath, and a bedroom furnished with three twin beds. At the opposite end of the hall is a sundeck overlooking the beach and ocean.
