With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home accommodates up to 10 guests. An additional charge of $253 will be added to any stay less than 7 nights to cover the cost of cleaning. Note - This home rents Sunday to Sunday only, year round. Square Feet: 2510 FIRST FLOOR: The Living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. The first-floor Master suite has a King bed and a private bath. A second-floor bedroom is furnished with two Queen beds and has a private bath. SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom equipped with a Queen bed shares a hall bath with a room furnished with two Twin beds and a Trundle.
Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
