Located just across the street from the beach, this non-smoking home features a screened porch, a deck, and a private pool. Some slight ocean glimpses are available across the street between homes, from the second level, while the beach access is located directly across the street. With five bedrooms and three baths, this home accommodates up to fourteen guests. PLEASE NOTE: This home rents from Saturday to Saturday only between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Square Feet: 2500 FIRST FLOOR: The first floor entrance is on the side of the house, and leads directly into the rec room. This large open space includes two twin beds and two trundle beds, a futon, a dining table that seats six, and a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. A TV and wireless router are located here as well. To the left of the rec room is a bedroom furnished with a double bed. This bedroom shares a full hall bath with a second bedroom also furnished with a double bed. The hall bath has a stall shower and a door that leads outside to the pool and patio. The pool area includes lounge chairs and a dining table for six, plus a charcoal cooker. A set of steps leads up to the second floor deck. SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, the deck includes a dining table for four. The screened porch has a bar which has seating for three, as well as a couple of dining tables, one seating two and one seating four. Sliding glass doors open to the living area. The entertainment center includes a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, as well as a stereo system. The adjacent dining area seats eight guests, while the breakfast bar which separates the dining area and kitchen seats three. The fully equipped kitchen has white tile counters and a flat top range. To the left of the living area is a bedroom furnished with a queen pencil post bed. This bedroom has a full private bath with a tub/shower combination. Across the hall is the master bedroom, furnished with a queen four-poster bed. This room includes its own TV and full private bath, complete with whirlpool tub and skylight, as well as separate stall shower and dual sink vanity. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
