A circular sectional sofa is a great place to relax and watch the kids in the pool, or lounge with drinks in the evening. The billiards lounge opens to the pool area and features a full bath with stall shower and washer and dryer, a changing room, and an entertainment center with flat-screen TV and stereo, as well as two sleeper sofas. THIRD FLOOR: The top floor of this outstanding home holds an open living area, including the family room with three sofas. A large flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo system make up the entertainment center. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite counters and a large island with a six-burner gas cook top and a breakfast bar which seats five guests. A butler's pantry also includes granite counters. The abundant dining area has two tables that seat ten guests each. A breakfast table seats four. A half bath services the living areas. The third floor master bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, and includes its own TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a stunning private full bath with His and Hers marble top vanities, an elegant claw foot tub, and a large separate shower.
