The dining area inside can seat four guests around the table, and is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats five. A full hall bath is located off the living area. At the heart of the home, a glassed in cupola provides plenty of light, and creates a focal point for the house. In addition, all living areas include sliding glass doors, creating additional light sources.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own TV and VCR. A loveseat in the corner provides additional seating. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and also has a charming daybed tucked into a berth, reminiscent of a ship's stateroom. A flat screen TV provides additional entertainment. A full bath with shower/tub combination can be accessed through the walk-in closet.
