The cheery blue and white decor of the nautical-themed living room is brightened by accents of red. A sleeper sofa offers an additional place for guests to stay. A TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player, and a stereo are available for your entertainment. There is a granite topped wet bar as well, complete with ice maker and wine chiller. Doors lead out to the furnished deck, which has two dining tables which each seat four guests, and rocking chairs for relaxing an enjoying the neighborhood views. On the third floor is a spacious sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. The swimming pool can be heated from September through June. An outside kitchen includes a gas grill, sink, and mini-fridge, and guests can dine al fresco under the covered dining area.

BEDROOMS: To the right of the front door is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds and has its own TV. The full private bath includes granite counter and a stall shower. Across the hall is another bedroom, furnished with a king four poster bed, which has its own TV and French doors opening to the front porch. The full private bath includes granite counter and a shower/tub combination with a whirlpool tub and rainfall showerhead. A third bedroom furnished with a king bed and featuring its own TV is just down the hall on the right, and has a full private bath with granite counter and shower/tub combination. Across the hall is a fourth bedroom, also furnished with a king bed and including its own TV. This bedroom has a full private bath with stall shower and granite counter. At the end of the hall is a fifth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, which has its own TV and private full bath with granite counter and stall shower. Across the hall, the sixth bedroom also has two twin beds and its own TV, and has a full private bath with granite counter and stall shower. On the second floor, behind the kitchen, there are two bedrooms each with queen beds, their own TVs and full baths with stall showers with rainfall showerheads.
