Square Feet: 2800 LIVING AREAS: Burnished hardwood floors flow through all areas of this wonderful home. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite tile counters. The kitchen also offers additional seating for five at the breakfast bar, which divides the kitchen from the dining area. The dining area has seating for eight guests at the table. The living room includes two full-sized sofas and features an entertainment center with a stereo and a wall-mounted plasma TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. A wall of French doors offers easy access to the screened porch, which includes several rocking chairs and a dining table for six. Sun decks to either side of the screened porch have lounge chairs. The decks and porch all offer ocean views, and there are steps from the porch to the beach access path. Upstairs, a den with hardwood floors and a skylight has a flat screen TV, opens onto the second floor furnished screened porch, and offers additional bedding with a sleeper sofa. BEDROOMS: Four of the six bedrooms are located on the first floor. To the right of the living room are two bedrooms which share a full hall bath with tub/shower combination. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the other has a king bed and some partial ocean views. To the left of the living area are two more bedrooms, which share a full hall bath with a shower/tub combination. One of these is furnished with two twin beds, while the other bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has ocean views. All four of these bedrooms have a cedar closet. On the second floor, a fifth bedroom is furnished with three twin beds and has a skylight. A full hall bath has a shower/tub combination and a skylight above the tub. The final bedroom has a queen bed and features a skylight and direct access to the second floor screened porch. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
