This professionally decorated home, built in 2008, features wireless internet access, an elevator, hardwood floors throughout, a private pool, great inlet and Intracoastal Waterway views, plus some distant ocean views from the rooftop deck. Square Feet: 3220 FIRST LEVEL: The large open living area has casually elegant furnishings, a gas fireplace, and an entertainment system including a wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD, and stereo. Guests have access to the front deck, where you can relax in an old-fashioned rocking chair and enjoy a drink while gazing across Hamlin Creek to the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining area has seating for up to eight guests, while the adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar that can seat up to three guests. The large gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A half-bath is located off the hallway. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor, which includes a flat screen TV, access to the rear deck overlooking the swimming pool, and a full private bath. Another bedroom furnished with two bunk beds (total of four beds) is just down the hall. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV and rear deck access as well as a private bath. SECOND LEVEL: The master bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed and features its own private sitting area with a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and gas fireplace, as well as private access to the front deck, with its rocking chairs and views of Hamlin Creek. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and marble floors. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has its own flat screen TV, private access to front deck and private bath. Another bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has its own flat screen TV and private bath. There is a small sitting area on the second floor as well-a great place to get away and read or relax. It has access to front deck. THIRD LEVEL: The third level is reached via a spiral staircase. There is a small sitting area with pub table, wet bar and mini fridge, which has access to two large roof top decks--one on the front of the house, and one on the rear. From the roof, you have breathtaking views of the, Intracoastal Waterway, Breach Inlet, Charleston Harbor, and area bridges. Ocean views are also possible from this deck area.
