This three bedroom home is located within walking distance of the beach on the laid-back island of Isle of Palms. The home is a duplex, but the other side is only used for storage. This home is a great vacation value for those just looking to get away and enjoy the beach life. Please note: the home does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. Bronze Rating: Accommodations are clean, but furnishings and appliances may be aged and showing signs of wear.

Each bedroom has a double bed and all share access to one bath. Bedding for 6 guests, but owner will allow up to 8.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
