The master suite also has private access to the screened porch by the swimming pool. There are two doors in the screened porch. One leads to the back yard, and one leads to steps going up to the furnished deck and pool, which has a waterfall feature and built-in seating.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor is much larger than expected with an open floor plan consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area has hardwood floors and includes a stereo system, a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a collection of reading material and games. The living area opens up to screen porch which has a dining table for four and access to the pool via a small deck which has a barbeque grill. The dining area is adjacent to the living area and seats six guests at the table and an additional five at the breakfast bar that separates the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen, which has its own TV. There is one bedroom on the second floor. This room is furnished with a queen bed and shares access to the full hall bath with stall shower.
