The lower level has a sliding glass door that walks out to screen porch then out to pool. With this bottom floor being somewhat darker, it does not require extensive air conditioning, but when this needs air it does have a window unit ac to make it a bit cooler. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom with a queen that has its own bathroom with standup shower only. SECOND FLOOR: The master suite with king bed, 14in TV, and private bath with separate shower stall and bathtub is located on the 2nd floor. The bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath are also located on the 2nd floor.
