From the foyer, guests can proceed to the living room, complete with TV with DVD player and CD/Stereo system. Step out onto the spacious screened porch, which is furnished with a porch swing, comfortable rockers, and a table for six to enjoy the food cooked on the barbeque grill located on the perimeter deck that surrounds the screened porch. Back in the house, the dining area table seats eight and segues into the kitchen, with its blue and white color scheme reminiscent of the Mediterranean. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar which seats two guests, and access to the screened porch. A set of stairs joins the first floor and second floor from the deck area, as well.

SECOND FLOOR: The master bedroom of this inviting home is furnished with a king bed and has its own private bath. This bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a small loft area, and opens to the second floor deck, which has partial ocean views. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also has a high ceiling, loft and deck access, as well as a partial ocean view from the bedroom. It shares the hall bath with the third bedroom, which is furnished with two double beds.
