A gas grill is available, and guests can dine in the outdoor dining area under a pergola by the poolside. At the end of the hall is a bedroom furnished with two twin sleigh beds and equipped with its own full private bath with a stall shower. French doors open to the furnished back deck. Across the hall is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds. This bedroom shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a fifth bedroom furnished with a queen bed.

SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is the living room. An entertainment center includes a gas fireplace, stereo system, and flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. A large sectional sofa provides lots of seating. In the nook by the windows, guests can curl up with a good book or conversation, or just enjoy the ocean views across the street. The dining area seats up to sixteen guests, and four more can sit at the granite-topped breakfast bar that divides the dining room from the kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished second floor deck. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliance and an island with a gas range. A full hall bath is shared with a bedroom furnished with two twin beds, two trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa. This bedroom has sliding glass doors opening to the furnished deck overlooking the swimming pool. The second floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes a sitting room with a sleeper sofa. The master bath includes a dual sink vanity, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished deck, where a set of spiral stairs leads up to the rooftop deck which has views all the way from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean.
