A large brick fireplace creates a central focus for the room, and the whitewashed bricks compliment the whitewashed pine walls and doors throughout the house. The farmhouse-style dining table will accommodate eight guests, and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Doors from both the kitchen and dining area lead to the furnished screened porch, which overlooks the backyard swimming pool. The porch houses a cafe table that seats three. Off the dining area is a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. This bedroom includes a writing desk, and shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a shower with a bedroom furnished with a double bed. On the other side of the living room is the master bedroom, furnished with a queen sleigh bed. The full master bath has a stall shower.

GROUND FLOOR: The ground-floor mother-in-law suite has a bedroom furnished with two twin beds, a full bath with a stall shower, and a room with a big screen TV, two futons, a bumper pool table, and a kitchenette. In the enclosed garage there is a foosball table and ping pong table. Outside, the swimming pool deck has a dining table for six, and there is also a picnic table in the yard, as well as an enclosed fire pit.
