The dining area seats 8 and is adjacent to the eat-in kitchen, which seats 6, and opens to the furnished screen porch, which also has seating for six guests. Both the dining area and the porch offer marvelous views of the ocean and are wonderful places to enjoy oceanside dining. The kitchen has a skylight to let in the sun, and is equipped with a gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. This room opens to the screened porch and an exterior breezeway with a gas grill. A bedroom off the entry hall is furnished with a king bed, has its own TV and VCR, as well as a stereo, wet bar, and tea table which seats 4, and shares a full hall bath with a second bedroom furnished with two twin beds. This second bedroom features a skylight, ceiling fan, and access to the deck. There are marvelous views from this bedroom.
