FIRST FLOOR: The living room of this great home features hardwood floors and comfortable leather furnishings. Multiple windows let in plenty of light. Enjoy either videos or DVDs with the DVD/VCR combination. The adjacent dining area is open to the kitchen, and has seating for up to 8 guests at the table. The kitchen island has seating for an additional 3 guests. The stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen give it a modern look that goes well with the rest of the downstairs. A bedroom with a queen bed has its own TV and private bath. A second bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, has a TV and VCR, and shares the hall bath. A sunroom off the living area is furnished with a daybed and trundle, and has a TV and VCR as well as the high speed cable modem. The sunroom can be used as an additional bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR: The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has its own TV and bath. Another queen bedroom with its own TV and private bath is just down the hall. The final bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has its own TV. This bedroom uses the hall bath downstairs.
