Sliding glass doors lead outside to the pool deck. SECOND FLOOR: The welcoming foyer leads into a great home for your family vacation. The kids will be comfortable in the first bedroom downstairs, furnished with two bunk beds. This bedroom has its own TV and shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a second bedroom furnished with two queen beds. This second bedroom also has its own TV. The master suite has a sitting room with a sleeper sofa, and is furnished with a king bed. A TV is available as well. The master bath has a double sink, marble topped vanity, extra large stall shower, and a whirlpool tub. French doors from the bedroom lead out to the furnished deck. THIRD FLOOR: The main living areas are on the second floor. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. The adjacent dining area has a dining table which seats ten, plus an additional round table with seating for four. A breakfast bar, which separates the dining area from the kitchen, has seating for an additional three guests. French doors from the dining area lead out to the second floor deck, which includes a dining table for ten, and a barbeque grill is located on this deck, so you can enjoy ocean views while you cook! Spiral stairs lead up to the rooftop deck. Back inside, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Down the hall behind the kitchen is a full hall bath, which is shared by a bedroom furnished with a king bed and has its own TV. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
