PLEASE NOTE: Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, this home requires a Saturday to Saturday stay. During the rest of the year, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to all stays of 3 nights or less. Square Feet: 2064 FIRST FLOOR: The living areas of this home are quite roomy. The dining area seats six guests, and the kitchen includes an island, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. The pantry is accessed by tall double doors. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and expanded tier cable. Skylights let in plenty of sun in both the living room and kitchen, and a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A windowed breakfast nook has a dining table for four, and offers ocean peaks between trees and over the dunes. A glass-panel door leads out to the furnished deck, which includes a dining table for four, as well as a cafe table for four. The sounds of the surf play in the distance, and the ocean is just a few yards away. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and includes its own TV and private bath with a shower/tub combination. A bedroom furnished with a queen bed has its own TV, access to the deck via sliding glass doors, and glimpses of the ocean between trees. A private full bath has a stall shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a set of bunk beds, and offers a TV and DVD player, as well as access to the deck via sliding glass doors. SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs is a fourth bedroom furnished with a king sleigh bed. This bedroom has its own TV and private bath with skylights, whirlpool tub and stall shower. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private sundeck with views of the ocean. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
