Guests of this non-smoking home can enjoy a screened porch, a deck, hardwood floors, skylights and ceiling fans. Sorry, no grilling on the deck or screened porch. Square Feet: 1900 FIRST FLOOR: Through the front door and to your left is the living room. This room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, a and plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa. There is a TV and DVD player, and sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished sundeck which has some ocean peaks between trees across the street. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is just down a set of three steps from the living room. It has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, which seats up to two guests. The dining area seats up to six guests at the table, and has access to the screened porch via sliding glass doors. Guests can enjoy dining outside; a table seats up to four guests. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a TV, deck access and a private bath with stall shower and double sinks. SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and TV, plus access to a private deck with some ocean views across the street. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. This second bedroom has access to another small private deck via sliding glass doors. The two bedrooms share access to the full hall bath, which has a tub and shower combination. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
