The living area accesses the covered deck (seats 12), which allows refuge from the sun while still providing excellent ocean views. The deck is a wonderful place to gather for morning coffee, and a great location for dining al fresco. A CD/stereo system in the living area provides music exclusively to the deck while guests relax outside. The gourmet kitchen is divided from the living area by elegant columns. It has a large granite-top center island which seats 6, a Viking 6-burner range, large Viking refrigerator, dual ovens, a wet bar with icemaker, and custom cherry cabinetry. The dining area seats 10, is adjacent to the kitchen, accesses the furnished porch, and overlooks the ocean. A bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area and 32-inch TV looks out over the ocean. Large sliding glass doors lead to the porch. This bedroom also features a private bath with a large shower and granite double vanity. SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is a second living area and loft with a sleeper sofa, which features a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound. This area utilizes a hall half-bath. Sliding glass doors lead from the second floor living area to the second story covered porch (which can also be accessed by a spiral staircase from the first story porch), which provides sweeping ocean views. The master bedroom has a king bed, boasts full ocean views, and has its own TV, VCR and DVD player. Sliding glass doors access the second story porch which seats 4.
