With several vacation homes in the Pelican Bay neighborhood, this area is great for family reunions and group get-togethers. Pelican Bay is a great home base for your beach days: ride a bike across the street to the ocean, head down to the Front Beach area of the Isle of Palms for lunch and shopping, and then hang out by the neighborhood swimming pool for a little relaxing fun in the sun. FIRST FLOOR: The lovely, Lowcountry-style covered front porch offers an invitation for a great vacation. Sit a spell and rock away the stress of the normal day-to-day. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and its own TV. This bedroom includes a full private bath. Just beyond, a bedroom with two twin beds has access to the back deck via sliding glass doors. A third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and featuring its own TV, also has access to the back deck. A full hall bath is shared by these two bedrooms, as well as a fourth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds.

SECOND FLOOR: The great room has hardwood floors, and includes a flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. Ceiling fans help create gentle breezes. The dining area seats eight guests. Sliding glass doors lead to the sundeck, where guests can relax in one of the lounge chairs and catch some rays. A galley kitchen is located to the right of the dining room. Past the kitchen is a full hall bath, and beyond that is a sunroom overlooking the neighborhood. Another sundeck is just outside the sunroom.
