FIRST FLOOR: Warm hardwood floors run throughout the living areas of this home. The living room has a sleeper sofa, and a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. The adjacent dining area has seating for six guests at the table, and includes a door leading out to the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The screened porch offers al fresco dining, with a table for four. A gas grill is located on the sundeck, as well as rocking chairs and a couple of lounge chairs for sunbathing. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a pass-through breakfast bar which seats two. The first-floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen TV, and has a full private bath.

SECOND FLOOR: Two bedrooms are located on the second floor and share access to a hall bath. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the other is furnished with two twin beds.
