Located in a quiet area of Wild Dunes, guests in this home have easy beach access and enjoy a comfortable vacation spot complete with six-person hot tub and lots of windows. After a long trip to the beach, guests will be tempted just to sink onto the inviting loveseat rocker on the front porch of this home. But the rest of the home is a treat, as well. Special features include ceiling fans, wireless internet access, a porch swing, and three outdoor showers under the house. Square Feet: 2500 FIRST FLOOR: The foyer of this house, with its built-in bookcases, entices guests to come in further and experience the rest of the home. The cathedral ceiling in the living room helps create light, airy space, while the warm colors and soft fabrics make the room welcoming and inviting. A wood-burning fireplace adds to the friendliness of the room. Guests can enjoy the entertainment center, which houses a TV, DVD player and stereo, during their stay. From the living room, guests can also enter the dining room, which seats eight. The dining room has access to the deck, complete with gas grill, rocking chairs, and a table for four. The kitchen is just beyond the dining room, and includes two ovens, a double sink, and an island with a Jenn-aire range. There is deck access from the kitchen, as well. The living room connects to the sunroom, which includes a sofa, table for four that's great for board games, as well as a TV and VCR. To the left is the spacious deck featuring a six-person hot tub. To the right is a marvelous screened porch with a rocking chair and another table which seats four. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and also has access to the screened porch. The master bath includes a garden tub, separate shower, and double-sink vanity. SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs overlooking the main living area is a cozy conversation nook. Guests can enjoy some quiet time and still be included in the activity below. A second bedroom furnished with a queen bed has a private bath, while a third bedroom with a queen bed shares the full hall bath with a fourth bedroom, furnished with two queen beds. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
