FIRST FLOOR: The living room of this comfortably casual home features hardwood floors and relaxed wicker furniture. A flat screen TV and DVD player are available for your viewing pleasure. A furnished deck is located off the living room, and has seating for up to six guests. The dining room seats up to six guests at the table. Two additional guests can sit at the breakfast counter, which divides the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom furnished with a queen bed is located just past the kitchen. Bookshelves hold a collection of beach reading, and there is also a TV with expanded tier cable. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with a double sink.

SECOND FLOOR: There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen bed and has a small collection of books for beach reading. There is a private bathroom with a double sink. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and includes a private bath with double sinks. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor is the master bedroom, and is furnished with a king bed. There is a small sitting area, and TV with expanded tier cable. A door leads out onto a spacious private balcony. The master bath has His and Hers vanities, a soaking tub, and separate shower.
