Doors from the kitchen and dining room lead out to the screened porch, which runs almost the whole length of the house, and looks out over the lagoon and fountain. The furnished porch includes a dining table which seats up to six guests, and a large coffee table with seating for four. A first floor bedroom has its own deck access and TV, and is furnished with a queen bed. It shares the full hall bathroom with another bedroom furnished with a queen bed. This second bedroom also has its own TV, and has neighborhood views. The master bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed, and features its own TV and private bath.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, there is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed which has its own TV. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with another bedroom that is furnished with three twin beds, one of which is built into the wall. This bedroom also has its own sofa and TV with expanded tier cable.
